In 2003 PJM carried out work where they had the large task of converting two large lofts into bespoke bedrooms for us and our parent’s houses.  After carefully listening to our requirements PJM displayed their designs and ideas of what they could do within our budget.  What became clear was their attention to detail in the vision they had and the high quality of the materials they were using.  They were understanding to our parent’s need of easy access and tailored the room to them thoroughly.  The end result was the creation of two fantastic loft bedrooms of the highest calibre, which we love and use all the time.

PJM created decking for us in time for summer 2007 and we were surprised at the speed of their work. They knew what they were doing and had a wealth of knowledge in regards to the sourcing of timber needed and how to structure the decking. It was a large project covering over 15 square meters with attached lighting and a sheltered area. During the project I found PJM’s tradesman very courteous and co-operative; and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We were looking at extending the side of the house as we had a lot of unused garden space. When we contacted PJM about the work they were keen to emphasise their knowledge and after consulting with them they came back with the designs, materials to be used and a sharp time frame for the extension. The quote was fair and extremely competitive so we were keen to go ahead. We wanted to get the right people on board because we knew the extension was a long project. PJM were professional in how they conducted their business and expressed the Health & Safety issues to us. The extension was completed on time and met our specific requirements in terms of quality; the space made on the inside and the aesthetic look on the outside of the building, which matched seamlessly with the rest of our houses exterior.  We were delighted with the finish and with the service that PJM provided, ten out of ten!

PJM Joinery was the main contractor for the re-fitting of our 1987 house in Edinburgh. The work entailed the stripping out of bathrooms, the kitchen and the stair as well as replacing most of the joinery within the house and total re-plastering and re-wiring.

The programme was tight but the work was completed on time and we moved into the house as scheduled and were delighted by not only the appropriate standards of the workmanship, but also the flexibility and willingness of the men on site to achieve the job we wanted. The new timber stair is a great delight, and the installation of the kitchen and storage throughout the house was undertaken with care and intelligence. We are delighted with the results PJM Joinery achieved for us.
